Tiny Flyers (Ages 5-6)

Youth Aerial Level 1 (Ages 7-12)

Youth Aerial Level 1 (Ages 7-12)

Your tiny flyer will learn to develop strength and flexibility and become acquainted with body placement while moving in the air and on the ground as well as upside down.

Youth Aerial Level 1 (Ages 7-12)

Youth Aerial Level 1 (Ages 7-12)

A multi apparatus aerial class focusing on flexibility, strength training, coordination, proper technique, aerial safety and body awareness while in the air.

Youth Aerial Level 2 (Ages 7-11)

Youth Aerial 3 (Ages 8-12)

This class will utilize the foundation skills acquired in level 1 to transition those movements into the air. We will learn more complex skills, climbs and sequences. Instructor permission required

This class will build on the skills learned in levels 1 and 2; students will work on hang time, stamina in the air and drops will be safely introduced.

This class introduces the student to the Aerial Lyra aka Aerial Hoop, it focuses on core and grip strength as well as stamina and flexibility while introducing basic skills and poses.

· No experience necessary 

Adult Aerial Silks (Ages 16+)

Adult Aerial Silks (Ages 16+)

An introductory aerial silks class focusing on flexibility, strength training, coordination, proper technique, aerial safety and body awareness while in the air. Students will learn basic skills in preparation for more advanced classes.

Aerial Sweat (Adult 18+)

Aerial Conditioning (Adult 18+)

Adult Aerial Silks (Ages 16+)

A low impact, cardio workout focusing on arms, abs, and bums utilizing hammock and static silks that will make you sweat! 

· All skill levels, no experience necessary

Aerial Conditioning (Adult 18+)

Focuses on upper body, core strengthening, flexibility, and over all conditioning to enhance endurance, grip strength and inversions in the air utilizing static and hammock silks.

· Intermediate level, prior aerial experience required

Open Gym ( Ages 15+)

A great opportunity to work on the skills you've learned in class! This is an open class available to students 15 and up. No new skills will be taught, but you'll be able to practice and condition in a fun environment with instructor supervision and guidance! 

· All levels welcome



Class Attire

  • Leggings, unitards, or leotards and tights, no clothing with zippers please
  • CLEAN feet or socks
  • No jewelry, baggy clothes, or body lotion please
  • Hair pulled backed and out of your face
