Your tiny flyer will learn to develop strength and flexibility and become acquainted with body placement while moving in the air and on the ground as well as upside down.
A multi apparatus aerial class focusing on flexibility, strength training, coordination, proper technique, aerial safety and body awareness while in the air.
This class will utilize the foundation skills acquired in previous classes to transition those movements into the air. We will learn more complex skills, climbs and sequences.
· Intermediate level: Instructor permission required
An introductory aerial silks class focusing on flexibility, strength training, coordination, proper technique, aerial safety and body awareness while in the air. Students will learn basic skills in preparation for more advanced classes.

A low impact, cardio workout focusing on arms, abs, and bums utilizing hammock and static silks that will make you sweat!
· All skill levels, no experience necessary
Focuses on upper body, core strengthening, flexibility, and over all conditioning to enhance endurance, grip strength and inversions in the air utilizing static and hammock silks.
· Intermediate level, prior aerial experience required
A great opportunity to work on the skills you've learned in class! This is an open class available to students 15 and up. No new skills will be taught, but you'll be able to practice and condition in a fun environment with instructor supervision and guidance!
· All levels welcome
This class introduces the student to the Aerial Lyra aka Aerial Hoop, it focuses on core and grip strength as well as stamina and flexibility while introducing basic skills and poses.
· No experience necessary
This class will build on the skills obtained in Level 1 and introduce you transitions and more advanced skills as well as working on fluidity of movement on the hoop.
· Intermediate level: Beginner Lyra required, or instructor permission
This class will focus on intermediate level skills with an emphasis on sequencing. Students must be able to invert, execute one pull-up, and have the ability to be in the air for an extended length of time
· Instructor permission required
